Partnership Work: Works closely with organizations like Swale CVS and Historic Swale. For example, it supported the "Get Online and Up with the Times" events, which help older adults develop digital skills.
Feedback and Representation: Gives older people a voice in local decisions by feeding back their concerns to councils and public services.

Digital Inclusion Work: Delivered sessions with iPads (provided by the Good Things Foundation), teaching older adults how to stay connected online using the Learn My Way platform.
