Community Life - St. Anne's and St Peter's

Renew @ St Peter's Monday 1.30-3.30pm

Join us at St Peter's every Monday 1.30-3.30pm (excluding bank holidays) to attend to your wellbeing, by spending time in friendly company with shared activities, a cup of tea and a biscuit. Whether you are keen on jigsaws, in need of some quiet mindful colouring, fancy a game of Scrabble or chess, or wish to bring along your own hobby, all are welcome. We end with a short moment of peaceful meditation to prepare ourselves for the week ahead.

Craft Group - Every Monday evening 7.00pm

We meet on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday every month in St. Peter’s Church from 7 - 9 pm.  We are now also meeting on the 1st Saturday every month for 10am - 4pm also at St. Peter's.  We ask for £3 per 2 hour session and £8 for the  Saturday.  We have lots of equipment, to make bags, clothes, cards, etc.  We are a friendly group of crafters and welcome new members.  Do check our Marsh and Micklefield  Craft Group fb page for further details.

We are grateful for funding from Wycombe Town Committee and Micklefield library who have passed on some sewing equipment for our use.

WOW - every Wednesday 11.00am at St. Peter's

WOW – Wycombe Older Wellbeing, is part of St Peter’s Church outreach into our community. The weekly exercise classes (Zumba and Keep-fit  on alternate weeks) are aimed at the more mature person and cater for all abilities. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, do what they can at their own pace, and to enjoy the singing, laughter and good natured banter which accompanies the exercises.

Following the session it’s time to sit and relax together over a healthy lunch. We meet at 10.30am for 11.00 start on Wednesday mornings at St Peter’s.
