Our Camberwell site is beautifully nestled within Ruskin Park, surrounded by bamboo and willow fencing for a tranquil escape. The best time to visit is at sunset, when the view from the sauna is truly stunning.

- Community Sessions: Special sessions for Women 50+ (Wednesdays 4pm-5:30pm), Mothers Recharge (Thursdays 10am-11:30am), and FLINTA (Sundays 6pm-7:30pm).
- Accessibility: Accessible sauna and changing facilities available.
- Concessions: Discounted pricing from £5 for low-income individuals, students, NHS workers, and others facing barriers.

How to find us: The Ruskin Park gate closes at 7:30pm. After dusk, please use the Denmark Hill gate. Sauna staff will unlock the gate and guide you to your session.
