The Old Needle Works Foundation is a vibrant wellbeing centre located in the heart of Redditch, Worcestershire. We are dedicated to supporting people of all ages with their mental health and emotional wellbeing, helping them to enjoy life and reach their full potential.
Our centre brings together a range of organisations and volunteers to offer:
- 1-2-1 talking therapy and support groups led by experienced wellbeing coaches, using trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches.
- Community groups for creativity, relaxation, making friends, and finding purpose in everyday life.
- Family support to help families build confidence, resilience, and happier homes.
We welcome children, young people, and adults, helping them heal from early life experiences and break free from self-limiting beliefs. Our services are designed to help you set exciting goals and make lasting, positive changes.
Our Healthy Mind Café is a safe, friendly space to relax, enjoy freshly made food and drinks at affordable prices, and connect with others. We are a warm hub and offer free or subsidised food for those in need—just ask at reception or the café for a warm hub card and we will discreetly assist you.
Limited parking is available on site, but spaces cannot be guaranteed during busy times.

Service provision for Children and Young People aged 11 to 25 years. No parental/carer consent is required for anyone who is 16 or over. Those UNDER 16 years will NEED parental/carer consent for a self or professional referral. Once we receive referrals, contact will be made with you by one of the YourSpace team to arrange an initial meeting. Alternatively, you can ‘drop in’ to any of The Hubs to have an informal chat with a member of the team to find out more.
