We have a variety of different support services available, all run by a trained team of PANDAS volunteers who are supervised by a team of support services managers.

WhatsApp Messaging Support Service
To Start a Conversation
To use the service you can either use the QR code, or simply message 07903 508334 and you will be connected to one of our trained PANDAS volunteers. The service is available from 8am – 10pm daily via WhatsApp, but please note our services are closed on English and Scottish Bank Holiday Days.
We will do our very best to answer messages within 30 mins – 1 hour, but during very busy periods this may not always be possible. In such times we will endeavour to let you know via the messages you’ll receive through the service, so that you are aware.
Bookable call service
We have a free, bookable call service available. Select a suitable time below between 10am- 8pm and one of our trained PANDAS volunteers will call you to give you the help and support that you need. These appointments are released based on volunteers availability.
When booking the system will ask for your name (first name only is fine or let us know what we should call you) and a brief summary of the support you need in the “notes” section. It will also ask for your email address and will confirm your call appointment with a follow up email (please do check your spam/junk folders if you don’t receive a notification).
We will commit to calling you at your booked call slot. We will make up to two attempts if the phone call is unanswered, please can we ask you to re book.
If you book a call back and are no longer able to take the call, please do cancel with as much notice as possible so that others can book the slot. We will need to know by 5pm on the day of the call at the latest, please – thank you
