The Autumn Sunshine Club is for people over 60. It offers a monthly social session with refreshments provided and occasional invited guests who can share information on topics that are relevant to the group.
The sessions take place on the last Tuesday of the month at Redditch Library meeting room between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm. There is a cost of £1:50 to cover supplied refreshments.
This very sociable group is for anyone over 60, including retirees, carers and those they care for. Essentially, people who are looking to connect with others at a similar point in life.
Through mutual support, growing connections and developing friendships, we aim to reduce loneliness and isolation amongst the over 60s in our community, while empowering our members to be better prepared for the different challenges that can be presented later in life.
All members of the community over the age of 60 years.
