A free peer support group for men living with poor mental fitness. We offer a safe space to chat, be listened to, listen to others and learn strategies and techniques to improve mental wellness.
We meet at The Pump Room in Tenbury Wells, every other Tuesday, from 7:30pm - 9pm.
