Peer to Peer Mental Health Support for Men

Andy's Man Club provides a safe, non judgemental, and confidential space for men to talk about their struggles.

The service is completely free and requires no registration or referral and there is no compulsion on attendance: attendees can come as often or as infrequently as they wish.

Everyone will be met with a friendly welcome and offered free tea, coffee and biscuits.

We follow a very simple and broad procedure for the sessions that allow men to talk about their issues, big or small, past or present, often with some light humour in the mix. There is no pressure to talk; if an attendee simply wants to listen not only is that totally fine, but it is often a very good way for new attendees to begin to feel the support and empathy of the group by hearing others' stories. Attending the groups can also help with those men who are feeling isolated.

Sessions are every Monday night, except bank holidays, between 7pm and 9pm. Doors open at 6.30pm and we ask people to arrive by 7pm so that we can start promptly.

There is ample parking and the venue is completely accessible for men with physical disabilites.
