Specialist nurses that support carers of people with dementia

The Havering Memory Service is a dedicated team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, Admiral Nurses, and other healthcare professionals, all trained and experienced in supporting people with memory difficulties.

What we offer:

  • Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adults of any age experiencing memory problems.
  • Support for individuals and their families to help manage memory difficulties and connect with other local services.
  • Collaborative care with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Most people are referred to our service by their GP, but we also accept referrals from other doctors and healthcare professionals. If you have concerns about your memory, we recommend speaking to your GP first.

Opening times: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
