Shopmobility Redditch offers a supportive service designed to assist individuals with mobility challenges in navigating Redditch town centre. Our goal is to promote independence and ease of access for our users.

**Eligibility and Registration:**
- **Registration Requirement:**
- Registration is required only once
- Bring two forms of ID: one with a photo and another with proof of address

**Booking Instructions:**
- **Prebooking is essential:**
- To ensure availability, please book at least 24 hours in advance
- We assist in selecting the appropriate equipment, provide training, and address any questions
- **On-site Assistance:**
- If you cannot reach us, we can deliver equipment to you within the town centre
- Assistance in transferring shopping to your vehicle can be arranged; however, personal care or lifting services are not provided
**Pricing Structure** (Effective from April 2025):
- **Annual Membership:** £15.60 for Redditch residents
- **Per Visit Fees:**
- Redditch Resident: £5.00
- Non-Resident: £6.70
- Pay-as-you-go (no registration required): £8.30
- **Manual Wheelchair Rental:** £3.30
- **Assisted Shopping:** £12.00 per hour (maximum 2 hours)
- **Special Offer:** Register with both Dial a Ride and Shopmobility for a combined fee of £22.00 (£11 per service)
