Sounds Good is a friendly group for anyone who enjoys music in any form or the spoken word. We welcome people of all abilities and backgrounds to join us for relaxed, sociable sessions at the CARESCO Centre in Sawtry.
When we meet: Twice a month, on the 2nd & 4th Friday, from 1.30pm to 3pm.
- Share your favourite music tracks or join in a sing-a-long from popular musicals.
- Try out a range of musical instruments or take part in a fun sounds-based quiz.
- Enjoy poetry and prose, including sharing your own creations.
- Sessions are led by group members or special guests, with a rolling programme agreed by the group.
- Each afternoon ends with a relaxed social time over refreshments.
Cost: £2 per session to cover costs.
Atmosphere: All levels of ability and knowledge are welcome. The group is inclusive and supportive, with a focus on enjoyment and sharing together.
