Summer 2026 – Register Your interest and we will contact you when dates are released
We are offering a six-week programme designed to help you experience the wellbeing benefits nature has to offer, all within a supportive group setting. Sessions are gently paced, encouraging you to slow down, notice the natural world around you, and take part in simple relaxation techniques.
Sessions may include:
Mindful birdwatching
Breathing exercises
Connecting with nature through the senses: touch, hearing, sight, smell, and occasionally taste
Nature identification (e.g. trees, butterflies)
Nature-inspired crafts, drawing, and poetry
Please bring any refreshments you may want and wear suitable attire for the weather. Sessions will include slow-paced walking and standing, with limited seating available on the nature reserve. Toilet facilities are accessible at the beginning and end of the walk.
How to Join:
Sessions are free, but you must complete a registration form prior to joining. These are not drop-in sessions—we ask participants to commit to the full six-week programme (although we understand that illness or emergencies may arise). This ensures you receive the full wellbeing benefits.
