Build and Balance

Bounce Back Exercise's Online Exercise Community is a welcoming, inclusive online membership designed for people living with long-term health conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis.

Our programme offers live and on-demand exercise classes delivered via Zoom, specifically tailored to help you manage common disease symptoms and side effects including balance issues, fatigue, and muscle weakness. Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and provide modifications to ensure you feel safe and comfortable.

  • Six live classes per week covering Balance and Gait Training, Strength, Cardio, Core Control and Stretch, Upper and Lower Body Mobility, and Build and Balance.
  • Workshops on topics such as fatigue, balance, motivation, and nutrition.
  • Monthly drop-in sessions for group catch-ups, Q&A, and support.
  • All classes are recorded and available to watch on demand in our members area.

Our community is designed to help you improve strength, fitness, and mobility while supporting you to stay consistent with your training, all from the comfort of your own home. You can wear what you like, use your own equipment, and enjoy zero travel time.

Start your journey with a 7-day free trial! After your trial, continue your membership with our monthly package. For more information or to book a one-off Zoom class, contact Beth at beth@bouncebackexercise.com.
