Bounce Back Exercise's Online Exercise Community is a welcoming, inclusive digital space designed for people living with long-term health conditions such as cancer, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis. Our monthly membership gives you access to live and on-demand exercise classes tailored to help you experience the benefits of movement, improve your strength, fitness, and mobility, and manage common disease symptoms and side effects.

What’s included?

  • Six live exercise classes per week via Zoom, covering Balance and Gait Training, Strength, Cardio, Core Control and Stretch, Upper and Lower Body Mobility, and Build and Balance.
  • On-demand access to all recorded classes in our members area, so you can exercise at your own pace and schedule.
  • Monthly drop-in sessions for group catch-ups, topic discussions, and Q&A about your exercise journey.
  • Educational workshops on topics like fatigue, balance, motivation, and nutrition.

Our classes are specifically designed to address symptoms such as balance problems, fatigue, muscle weakness, footdrop, limited mobility, and joint instability. The programme is structured to help you stay consistent, overcome barriers to exercise, and enjoy working out in the comfort of your own home.

Who is it for?

  • Anyone diagnosed with a long-term health condition seeking safe, effective, and enjoyable exercise options.
  • All fitness levels are welcome. Modifications are offered to ensure safety and comfort.

How does it work?

  • All classes are delivered via Zoom. Members receive a weekly link for full access.
  • Start with a 7-day free trial to experience the community and classes.
  • Recommended equipment: a chair, two weights (1-3kg), and a resistance band.
