A 45-minute exercise class designed to improve your strength, balance and cardiovascular fitness. These classes are suitable for people who have been diagnosed with a long term health condition. 

This activity is low intensity and suitable for beginners or returners to activity.

The instructor or coach can adapt the activity for all abilities and fitness levels.
