It’s Your Choice Activities Service is a friendly and welcoming activity service for adults with disabilities and additional needs. We offer a wide range of fun and engaging sessions designed to help you develop life skills, make new friends, and enjoy new experiences.
What we offer:

- Sports and active pursuits, including archery
- Cooking and learning new skills
- Support to help you achieve your goals
Our sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday at Ramsgate Football Club. You can choose to join us for a morning session (10:00am–12:00pm, £6), an afternoon session (12:00pm–2:00pm, £6), or stay all day (10:00am–2:00pm, £10).
We support people in Thanet, Dover, and Canterbury areas. Our service is all about choice, support, and opportunity—helping you get the most out of life in a safe and supportive environment.
