Help with Foot, knee and Hip Pain (Including joint replacements)

After having my hip replaced, I retrained—driven by the realisation that the knowledge I gained through my own rehabilitation could be used to help others. I’m passionate about supporting people in returning to a pain-free, fulfilling life after surgery.

Recovery isn’t just about waiting for time to pass—it’s about actively retraining the body, and unlearning the movement patterns and habits developed during periods of pain or limited mobility.

My fascination with feet began during my biomechanics training and has only grown since. I even travelled to the U.S. to deepen my expertise, training with Gait Happens. Now a proud (and admittedly enthusiastic!) foot geek, I’m deeply committed to helping people build strength and improve movement from the ground up.
