Youth Concern offers free, confidential counselling for young people aged 13 to 25 with a connection to Aylesbury Vale.
Our person-centred counselling service is designed to help you talk about what matters to you, in your own time and without any pressure. Whether you’re feeling upset, unhappy, or just need someone to listen, our trained counsellors are here to support you and help you make sense of what’s going on in your life.
- Up to 20 free sessions (with more available if needed)
- Sessions are 50 minutes each, once a week
- Available face to face, by video call, or by telephone
- Confidential – we won’t share what you say with parents, teachers, or professionals, unless, we are concerned for your safety or someone else's safety.
- Assessment chat before starting
- You can stop at any time
- Referrals can be made by you, a family member, friend, or professional – but only with your consent
