MindPath (Ryedale)

MindPath is a 1-2-1 guided self-help programme, designed to support people at the earliest possible stage before mental illness becomes enduring, as well as building skills, confidence and knowledge to implement sustainable healthy habits that build resilience.

You’ll work through a range of practical guidebooks (written and designed by people with lived experience) with one of our experienced peer support workers, in your own home, a chosen venue you’re comfortable in (Ryedale residents only) or sessions can be delivered digitally or via telephone. Each topic of workbook takes around 4 weeks and you can choose 3 topics that are a priority for you from:

▶ Keeping Mentally Well As A Carer
▶ Nourishing Mental Health Through Food

You can also request copies of the guidebooks to work through yourself at your own pace. Some topics will be available in small group sessions online. 

Scarborough, Filey, Whitby residents are only able to access digitally deliver due to the funding criteria for the project.

Service access criteria:

MindPath is open to anyone aged 16+ who is experiencing mild to moderate mental ill health, or is looking to build up their self care and improve lifestyle health. This is a prevention and early intervention service and not suitable for anyone experiencing severe mental illness or crisis.
