Join us for communal sauna sessions (up to 6 people) or book a private session for your group. Whether you come solo or with friends, you’ll find a welcoming space to relax, recharge, and reconnect. We offer flexible pop-up events and regular sessions every Friday to Sunday.

Opening Times
The sauna currently operates from Friday to Sunday, with occasional "pop-up" days additionally.
Solace Sauna offers two session lengths to suit different needs:
35-minute sessions - £8.00
1-hour sessions - £18.00
We also offer various events in collaboration with local groups at accessible price points.

Age Policy
The sauna is generally available for guests aged 16+.
If you wish to bring children aged 7–15, please contact us directly to discuss.
All guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Accessibility & Safety
The sauna is not wheelchair accessible.
Glasses and hearing aids may become hot in the sauna; we recommend removing them before your session.
Guests should be able to enter and exit the sauna independently.
