Indoor rowing & chair-based exercise classes for all ages

Cool Rowings is an inclusive indoor rowing and exercise initiative founded by Weininger Irwin, the UK’s first Gladiator Champion. We welcome everyone – from children as young as 3, teenagers, adults, to seniors – to join our fun, supportive classes and discover the benefits of rowing and fitness.

Our sessions are held at ROWING & T-SHIRTS Shop, Mercury Shopping Centre, Romford, and at satellite locations including schools, shopping centres, and major events. We also offer a print-on-demand T-shirt shop, so you can get your next favourite shirt while you exercise!
