By being a bit more savvy in everyday life.
Courses are on Saturday mornings 10.00am - 12.30pm
The next course starts Sat 13th Sept 2025 - Sat 1st Nov 2025
Previous course attendees have learnt how to shop wisely,
not feel pressurised, learnt to cook nutritious meals on a low income,
budgetting, develop and maintain healthy relationships
and a whole lot more.
