The Source Pitstop offers a free, buffet-style meal for anyone who is homeless or in need, running five days a week from 11:30am to 1:30pm. No referral is necessary—just turn up if you or someone you know needs support.
What we offer:
- Free hot meals, available to eat in or take away
- Clothes Bank for guests in need of clothing
- Emergency Food Parcels (referral required via The Homes and Money Hub)
- Food Vouchers and Food Parcels distributed throughout the year
Accessing the service:
- No referral needed for meals or clothing—just come during opening hours
- Emergency Food Parcels require a referral through The Homes and Money Hub
- Community Food Club referrals can be made via the Barking and Dagenham website
Cost: All services at The Source Pitstop are completely free to guests. No charge for meals, clothing, or support.
Quality & Safety: We are registered with the local food safety agency and have achieved a 5-star hygiene rating for the past two years.
