Peer Support Bucks is a welcoming and friendly service offering social and activity groups for adults in Buckinghamshire who are in recovery from mental ill-health. Our groups provide a safe space to meet as and when you want, make friends, share experiences, learn from each other, and enjoy a social life.
What can you expect?

- Relaxed sessions where you can simply enjoy a coffee and a chat.
- A supportive environment where everyone is welcome, and you can bring a friend or family member for your first few visits if you wish.
How to access:
- Attendance is by referral. You can self-refer or ask your mental health professional to refer you.
- Downloadable referral forms and timetables are available on our website.
Fees: There is no charge for this service.
