ABC Life Support offers affordable Physical and Mental Health First Aid Training to anyone who wishes to learn. No previous experience is required and the skills you will learn on the courses could potentially be life saving. All of ABC Life Support’s training courses are interactive, engaging and open for anyone to take part.
No matter what your previous experience, at the end of the day’s session you will be able to provide first aid mental or physical support – helping you help others in your community. One day, it could save a life.
ABC Life Support provides Physical and Mental First Aid Training courses across Cambridgeshire. Set up as a social enterprise, ABC aims to providing training to as many people as possible and make the world a safer place.
