Stay active and have fun with Slough Town Football Club's Walking Football sessions for people with Parkinson's!
This free weekly session is designed especially for people living with Parkinson's, offering a friendly and supportive environment to enjoy gentle exercise and social interaction. Sessions run every Monday (except Bank Holidays) from 12:30 to 13:30 at Arbour Park Stadium in Slough.

- Accessible parking available for easy access.
- Carers, friends, and families are welcome – the REBELS bar will be open during the session for them to relax and connect.
