Parkinson's Walking Football

Stay active and have fun with Slough Town Football Club's Walking Football sessions for people with Parkinson's!

This free weekly session is designed especially for people living with Parkinson's, offering a friendly and supportive environment to enjoy gentle exercise and social interaction. Sessions run every Monday (except Bank Holidays) from 12:30 to 13:30 at Arbour Park Stadium in Slough.

  • Free to attend – no cost for participants.
  • Accessible parking available for easy access.
  • Carers, friends, and families are welcome – the REBELS bar will be open during the session for them to relax and connect.

Walking football is a great way to stay active, stimulate your mind, and meet others in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. Whether you're new to football or looking for a gentle way to keep moving, this session is open and welcoming.
