Wellbeing & Recovery College | West London NHS Trust

The Wellbeing & Recovery College is a welcoming training and resource centre dedicated to supporting wellbeing and self-management for adults experiencing mental health difficulties. We offer a wide range of free courses and workshops designed to empower you in your recovery journey, or to help you support someone you care for.

Our courses are open to:

  • People using West London NHS Trust’s mental health services
  • Carers, families, and supporters
  • Trust staff
  • Local authorities and partner organisations

What makes us unique?

  • All courses are co-produced and co-delivered by professional trainers and peer trainers with lived experience.
  • We follow an educational, not clinical, model—focusing on hope, empowerment, and practical skills for recovery.
  • Courses range from one-off workshops to 10-session programmes, covering mental health understanding, life skills, and personal development.

  • Enrol online—registration takes about five minutes and lets you book any course throughout the year.
  • Book by email or phone—contact us to reserve your place or arrange an orientation appointment to help choose the right courses for you.
