We work alongside many top Agencies including Imago , Age UK , Kent Enablement , Involve , KCC and many local Doctors surgeries and discharge Teams from Darenth Valley Hospital.
Our main aim is to combat loneliness and to support the Elderly stay living longer and safely and keeping their Independence in their own homes. We work closely with the families and other agencies to support this as well as offering Transportation and assisted visits to Hospitals and Doctors surgeries as well as days out and trips to the Garden centres.
This is a very bespoke award winning service and we have helped Many people and thier families through some very challenging times.
