The Connect to Work programme helps people find the right job by discussing individual preferences and interests, ensuring that opportunities are tailored to each person’s goals.
If you are aged 18+ with a disability and/or personal barrier to employment and want to start looking for a job, Connect to Work can provide direct support. The programme also helps if you are in employment and experiencing challenges related to your disability or personal barrier, if your role is at risk, or if you need guidance to return to work following a period of sickness absence Connect to Work can support you.

Must have a disability and/or a barrier to employment
Aged 18+
Interested in employment
Available to people living in FY1-4 part of FY5 and FY8 (must fall under Blackpool Council)
