Criteria for referrals to the Supported Advice Service

This service is offered to those patients that are living with a severe and enduring mental health illness that are also struggling with non-health difficulties. This can include those dealing with depression and severe anxiety.

Citizens Advice West Suffolk is a local charity dedicated to helping people find a way forward, whatever their problem. We offer free, confidential, independent, and impartial advice to anyone in need.

We have offices in Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Newmarket, Brandon and Mildenhall
