This winter, we’re running a Warm Hub at the Howgill Centre in Cleator Moor (located on Birks Rd) and we need your help to make it happen!
The Warm Hub will offer a welcoming space with heating, hot drinks, food, and good company for older people and those who may feel isolated in the community.
We’re looking for friendly volunteers to help out in lots of different ways, such as:
Promoting the Warm Hub locally
Greeting and chatting with visitors
Serving drinks and snacks
Helping set up and tidy the space
If you’ve got some time to give and want to help make a positive difference in Cleator Moor, we’d love for you to get involved. Whether you can give a little time or a lot, your help can make a big difference, come and be part of it!
