**Eligibility and Initial Assessment**

This assessment can be conducted via telephone or in person, and our goal is to collaboratively determine the best treatment approach for you. If our services are not appropriate for your needs, we will provide you with recommendations or referrals to suitable alternatives.
**Therapy Sessions**
Should you decide to continue with our therapy, sessions will typically be scheduled weekly, either online, over the phone, or face-to-face, depending on your preference. Individual sessions may last up to one hour; group sessions can extend to three hours. These sessions provide a safe space to discuss what is significant to you, share your experiences, gain new perspectives, and formulate plans for the future.
