Enable’s Active Lifestyles programme helps adults across Wandsworth borough to stay physically active, socially engaged and mentally energised, whatever your age or fitness level.
Weekly sessions are designed to be fun, welcoming and low-impact, with qualified instructors supporting you to move at your own pace. Activities include:

* Over 50s Keep Fit
* Walking Sports (including walking football)
Sessions run weekly at various community centres and venues across Wandsworth. Low-cost and accessible options are available.
