We support fumigation companies with appropriate preparation for the treatment of infestation such as bed bugs and we deal with sharps, vermin and human waste. We liaise with other professional companies and support services, to ensure a smooth and coordinated approach, to manage the issue at hand in the most efficient manner, to reduce stress and anxiety for the client.
We hold a waste carriers licence and remove all waste from the premises. We also endeavour to reduce our carbon footprint and we recycle and donate as many suitable items as possible, to others who may be in need.
We offer emotional and practical support services to clients, including therapeutic counselling with a BACP registered counsellor, conducted in clients homes or at the venues of their choice, to suit their needs and requirements.
We also support carers with cleaning packages and shopping services and we offer hospital discharge support services, to ensure the home environment is suitably prepared for the client to safely return home.
We work closely with carers support services, social prescribers and also charities supporting veterans, who have served in the forces.
We have been assessed by Kent Trading Standards and added to their "checked" list and we have a CHAS certificate to show we have been assessed for Safe Systems in Procurement (SSIP) and health and safety.
We hold enhanced DBS certificates and we tailor the services to directly meet the needs and requirements of the client.
