**Digipals Digital Support Service** **Overview** We are pleased to offer the Digipals service for its fourth year, thanks to funding from Wandsworth Council. This initiative provides digital support to older individuals in Wandsworth, addressing the challenges of digital exclusion while enhancing financial literacy and overall wellbeing. **What We Offer** Digipals offers friendly, one-on-one digital assistance for older adults in Wandsworth, enabling them to: - Shop online - Access information and entertainment on the internet - Connect with friends and family through emails, video calls, and social media **Tablet Loan and Remote Support** We provide tablets equipped with paid-for 4G connectivity for loan periods of up to 3 months, during which participants will receive: - A minimum of 3 tutorials with our staff and DBS-checked volunteers - Support available both in-person and via secure remote software Approaching the end of the loan period, users will receive guidance on purchasing a device and available wifi/data packages.
