Al-Anon offers support to the families and friends of problem drinkers by sharing their experiences with each other at face-to-face and online meetings.
You can call our helpline on 0800 0086 811 - staffed by a team of friendly and helpful volunteers - or just turn up at a meeting. The helpline is open 10am – 10pm, 365 days a year.
There are no fees or dues.
