Oviva’s fully remote, consultant-led Tier 3 Weight Management service supports eligible adults in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The programme offers structured weight management support, with diet and lifestyle help and medical support where appropriate.
- Support from a multidisciplinary team, including endocrinologists, nurses, dietitians, psychologists and health coaches
- A personalised healthcare plan based on your needs and preferences
- A 6 month diet and lifestyle pathway or a 2 year medically supported pathway, depending on assessment
- App tools for food, activity, mood and health tracking, goal setting and learning content
- Weight loss medication may be included if you are eligible
