The Buddy Network is free online 1-1 peer support that connects the newly diagnosed and those who are facing new obstacles on their MS journey with a Buddy (an ‘experienced’ person with MS) to help them come to terms with their diagnosis, any changes in their MS and the overwhelming emotions that this can bring. The Network creates a two-way relationship, where both sides have an equal voice and take away equal benefits.

Open to anyone affected by Multiple Sclerosis. Access via the Shift.ms app.
Anyone can access the Shift.ms app - whether you have a diagnosis, are a family member/friend of someone diagnosed or are a Health Care Professional. To access the Buddy Network programme you must be diagnosed with MS.
