The Hub is a welcoming space where local people can get professional help during a mental health crisis.
We offer 24/7 support for those with urgent mental health needs who don’t require urgent medical treatment.
You can use the Hub if you are over 18 and live in Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Barking & Dagenham, or Havering.
You can reach us by calling, walking in, or through a referral from a health care professional.
We can support patients in crisis as an alternative to the local accident and emergency department.
We also work closely with the London Ambulance Service and local police.
