A great opportunity for anyone to enjoy a slowed-down version of the game. Each session includes:
 
40 minutes of football-based exercises
 
A game of walking football to finish
 
Perfect for keeping active, having fun, and enjoying the spirit of the game at a gentler pace. Tuesday 1-2pm.
