Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups

Kintsugi Hope is a charity based in the UK seeking to make a difference to peoples’ mental and emotional wellbeing.

In a group setting of no more than 12 people,  together we explore topics such as anxiety, depression, disappointment and loss. We look at ways that we can manage those difficulties which occur in our lives, whilst accepting that it is OK not to be OK. It is a safe, supportive & confidential environment.

The course is led by a trained facilitator and takes place once per week over 12 weeks

Kintsugi Hope is pleased to offer this free course at Chaddlewood Farm Community Centre

There are usually 2 courses available per year

For enquiries please email:

stephen.warren@kintsugihope.com

The course is available as a book called  “Brighter Days” by Patrick Regan

Courses are courtesy of Rediscover Church, Plympton, Plymouth.

The current website details how interested parties from church charities, chaplaincies & church communities can become partner organisations as providers of this service.
