Medway Plus – Community Support and Activities

Medway Plus is a registered charity dedicated to improving the lives of residents in disadvantaged communities across Medway. We work in partnership with local organisations to deliver a wide range of projects and activities that foster connection, creativity, and wellbeing.

Our current initiatives include:

  • Afternoon tea and cake for groups (minimum 15) of elderly and/or isolated individuals, held at any places in Medway. These sessions are designed to reduce loneliness, encourage social interaction, and provide a welcoming space for creative expression.
  • Physical activities/sports for groups of children (minimum 12) and young people, supporting healthy lifestyles and personal growth.

We also organise community gatherings and festive events during the year.

Who can benefit?

  • Elderly and/or isolated adults seeking companionship and creative activities
  • Children and young people
  • Residents of disadvantaged communities in Medway
