Our Stroke Recovery Service provides you and your family with practical support and information after a stroke. One of our Stroke Support Coordinators will work with you to identify what matters most to you so we can best support you throughout your recovery.
Who is this service for? We’re here to support anyone who’s had a stroke (including TIAs/mini-strokes). We’re also here for your loved ones, carers and friends.
