Empower Fit is a fun energising cardio workout using weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises designed to boost strength and confidence.
After the 60min class drop into our friendly Health Cafe for practical tips on maintaining a healthy weight and supporting overall wellbeing.
These sessions will be free for 12 weeks from 4th March to 20th May 2026 and then accessible by a monthly subscription of £15/mth or £5 PAYG
