Connect to Work- Kingston & Sutton

Connect to Work – Kingston & Sutton is a government-funded voluntary programme to help residents of Kingston and Sutton overcome barriers to employment. You will be supported by a dedicated Employment Specialist who will help you understand your skills and aspirations, develop a personalised action plan, and connect you with employers who value diversity and inclusion. The service offers vocational profiling, access to a wide network of employers, health-related interventions, CV and cover letter support, interview preparation and practice, better-off calculations, skills assessments via the National Careers Service, travel planning, and ongoing in-work support and career development. Referrals are welcome from carers and ex-carers, people with health conditions or disabilities, those with experience of homelessness or the criminal justice system, refugees, survivors of domestic abuse or modern slavery, and other groups. How to access: please fill in the Connect to Work Kingston and Sutton form or scan the QR code on the leaflet to begin; you can also call 020 4637 4816 for more information. The programme is funded by the UK Government and is free of charge for eligible Kingston and Sutton residents.
