Headlight Peer Support
Headlight is our fortnightly facilitated peer support programme, bringing young people together in a warm and non-judgmental space to connect, share experiences, and support one another with access to 1-2-1 support with a professaional in a non-cliinical setting.
We are not a crisis support service, we provide low level mental health support for young people who are struggling with their wellbeing, emotions, anxiety or self-confidence. Our groups run across three locations in East Devon, with sessions shaped around the needs of the young people who attend.
