Service access criteria: Family or household residing in North West London [– Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea] with a child 5-18 years old, where one or more family members have or are at-risk of diabetes (including pre-diabetes) and obesity (including overweight an overweight child)
