At Beckton Globe Library, we offer the following activities for free:
- Stay and Play - Open to all under 5s to stay and play. It takes place Mondays and Thursdays from 11.00 am-1.00 pm.
- Singalong story time is a rhyme and storytime for children under 5. It takes place on Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
- Coding Club - Coding Club for ages 8-13 with Library staff starts at 4 pm Tuesdays (Term time only)
- Maths help - 1 hour for young people volunteer provided. Monday's GCSE is at 3.30 pm, and Tuesday's Key Stage Maths is at 4 pm. Thursday key stage maths at 4 pm, GCSE maths at 5 pm, Saturday GCSE maths at 1 pm
- Lego Club - For children aged 4+ with their families. It takes place Wednesdays and Saturdays 4-5 pm. No booking is required.
- Arts and Crafts—This event is open to ages 5+ and takes place on Fridays from 4 to 5 p.m. No booking is required.
- Family Movie Club—Watch DVDs from the Library for free. It is for adults and children aged 5+ and takes place on Saturdays from 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. No booking is required.
