
A Barts Health cycling project with London Cycling Campaign & Greener NHS
This service is open to anyone who currently or in the past received care from Barts Health NHS Trust and is aimed at promoting healthy lifestyles.
Locations: Newham, St Bartholomew's, The Royal London and Whipps Cross hospitals
This listing is for the Whipps Cross Hospital, but the referral path is the same for each site. The activity takes place at Leyton Jubilee Park, not at the hospital. There is free parking available at the site.

Become confident sharing cycle paths and finding routes
Become confident on quiet roads and learn routes for daily trips
Graduate to becoming an independent cyclist or be introduced to a local group

Weekly sessions start January 2023 for 14 weeks.
Service access criteria: For current or former patients of Barts Health NHS Trust. Not suitable for people who use walking aids. Participants must be able to manage their own health conditions and communicate their needs to the insructors.
