Help at Home is a practical, in-home support service provided by trained Age UK Sutton professional staff for older people living in the borough of Sutton.
Our friendly and understanding Customer Care team will coordinate with you to set up an in-home assessment, then match you with one of our trusted support workers to complete tasks as agreed, at a date and time that suits you best.
This is a paid-for service, charged at £25.81 per hour. All profits support Age UK Sutton’s work in the local community.
- Housekeeping and cleaning
- Laundry and ironing
- Grocery shopping
- Accompaniment to appointments
- Light meal preparation
What you can expect:
- See the same regular support worker at each visit
- All staff are trained and DBS checked
- Visits can be daily, weekly, or fortnightly
- Service runs Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Pre-arranged support plans and assessments
